Executive Operations Coordinator

Workforce Solutions of West Central Texas Board is looking for a highly organized, dependable, and professional Executive Operations Coordinator to support our Chief Executive Officer, executive leadership team, and Workforce Development Board. 

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys keeping things organized, working with leadership, coordinating meetings and projects, and making sure important details and deadlines don't get missed. 

What You'll Do 

Support Executive Leadership 

  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, travel, correspondence, and day-to-day executive office needs. 

  • Prepare reports, presentations, agendas, briefing materials, and communications. 

  • Track priorities, projects, deadlines, and action items to ensure timely follow-up. 

  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion. 

Support Board Governance 

  • Coordinate Workforce Development Board and committee meetings, including agendas, meeting packets, logistics, and records. 

  • Maintain Board appointments, committee assignments, training, attendance, and term information. 

  • Serve as a key administrative contact for Board members. 

  • Support governance, strategic planning, Board development, and other Board-related activities. 

Coordinate Across the Organization 

  • Help coordinate projects and initiatives involving multiple departments and stakeholders. 

  • Maintain organizational calendars and key timelines. 

  • Communicate and follow up with staff, Board members, community partners, elected officials, and other stakeholders. 

  • Develop and maintain administrative processes and systems that help the organization operate effectively. 

What We're Looking For 

We're looking for someone who is: 

  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities at once. 

  • Professional and dependable, with strong follow-through. 

  • A strong written and verbal communicator. 

  • Comfortable working with executives, Board members, community partners, and other stakeholders. 

  • Able to use good judgment and discretion when handling confidential information. 

  • Detail-oriented and able to anticipate needs before they become problems. 

  • Comfortable coordinating meetings, projects, deadlines, and competing priorities. 

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and business technology systems. 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Communications, Office Administration, or a related field. 

  • 3–5 years of progressively responsible experience. 

  • Experience preparing agendas, meeting packets, minutes, official records, or governance-related materials. 

  • Knowledge of the Texas Open Meetings Act and related practices is preferred.

Employment Information? 

The?Region XIV Education Service Center?serves as the employer of record for Workforce Solutions of West Central Texas Board staff. Employees?participate?in the?Teacher Retirement System (TRS)?and receive a competitive benefits package.? This is a full-time, regular position with an annual salary of $50,000-58,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
