  • Work with service and parts teammates to ensure timely and efficient repair process.
  • Work to be certified in all repair procedures (Be a student of the industry).
  • Perform a thorough check (multipoint inspection) of the customer’s vehicle referring all needed repairs and preventive maintenance to the service advisor before any repairs are completed.
  • Perform requested repairs and top off all fluid levels.
  • Ensure the customer’s vehicle is kept clean during the repair procedure.
  • Report to the service advisor before taking vehicle off lift.
  • Make certain all shop equipment is in proper working order.
  • Keep shop area neat and clean (mess is stress).
  • Understand comply with safety rules of practice.
  • Positive attitude and an “I Can” mentality.
  • Hard-working personality and willingness to be a team player.
  • Interested in automotive industry and willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
