Under the general direction of the Chief Executive Officer, the Chief Financial Officer will oversee finance activities including financial reporting, accounting, treasury, payroll, budgeting, investment, and forecasting. This role involves driving efficiency, improving financial stability and compliance, and providing valuable information to the leadership team and Board of Trustees. The CFO may oversee Maintenance staff and activities, ensuring Center assets are well maintained and managed.
Qualifications:
This position requires:
• A Bachelor’s Degree (Masters preferred) in accounting or business science
• A minimum of 10 years of executive level accounting /finance experience (preferably in Government, Community Center or Healthcare)
• 3 years of management experience
• CPA preferred but not required.
Rate of Pay: Depends on experience, negotiable, will be discussed in interview
