Skillbridge- Agency Development Program

The Protégé Agency Producer Program provides entrepreneurial-minded individuals an opportunity to become a Farmers Agency owner within 12 months.

Upon completion of the program you will be rewarded with a $4,000 graduation bonus and a waiver of the $50,000 requirement to begin your own Farmers agency.

You will advance under the mentorship of an established Agency Owner and receive award-winning training designed to maximize your skills. As a Farmers Protégé, you’ll learn the art of business ownership while benefiting from the resources of a nationally recognized brand.

Your Farmers District 15 team has over 60 years of combined experience and will provide the coaching you need to excel.

Responsibilities
Our mentorship program will enable you to confidently:

  • Excite, engage and educate prospective customers via telephone, email, or in-person
  • Establish a positive community referral network
  • Develop product line and systems knowledge
  • Utilize databases to document and process insurance proposals and applications
  • Achieve monthly sales targets
  • Market through social media and community engagement

***Basic computers skills are essential, experience with Microsoft Office is a plus

***Candidates must pass a background check and possess the ability to acquire a Property & Casualty license***
