- Evaluation of electrical and control requirements for boiler projects based on customer
specifications.
- Specifications of Control Systems based on PLC, Stand alone digital controllers and
Distributed Control Systems (DCS).
- Preparation of logic diagrams such as Boolean, SAMA and relay logic. Large fan and pump
motor drives selection and specification for purchasing.
- Review and coordination of sub vendor electrical designs such as PLC based control and
- motor starter panels.
- Preparation of miscellaneous electrical data sheets. Instrumentation Calculations: Control
Valves and Flow Elements.
- Design of process and instrumentations diagrams (P&Ids) for boiler systems.
- Home office support of field service team as needed. Travel estimated at 10%. Other duties
as needed.
- Bachelors’ degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Technology Engineering
Industry experience is considered a plus.
