AVP of Trust

SCOPE/CONTACTS:

Provide support to more senior Trust Officers through assisting with client communications, meeting preparation, coordination of account transactions, preparation of materials for customers and/or other Officers as well as other projects as determined necessary. May administer small book of customers. Contacts include customers, prospective customers, officers and employees. Outside contacts include attorneys, accountants, insurance agents, customers and prospects.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree required. Accounting, Finance, or related degree preferred.
Networking, relationship development, critical thinking and communication skills are also required.
Accuracy, attention to detail, self-motivation, dedication and critical thinking/reasoning skills are extremely important.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Incumbent is responsible for assisting in the client on-boarding process, preparation of materials for client meetings, research account issues, facilitating client requests, creating and managing monthly spreadsheets, learning various software systems, and other projects as necessary. 
May administer a small book of customers depending on needs and performance.
Actively participate in a culture of relationship development and service, support the values of the organization and follow established policies and procedures.
