Automotive Body Technician

Arrow Ford is seeking an experienced automotive body technician to join our service team. The automotive body technician is responsible for identifying and performing necessary body repair work in accordance with factory and dealership specifications.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Examines body damage on customer vehicles
  • Identifies necessary body repair work
  • Maintains CSI at or above company standards
  • Estimates cost of body work
  • Requests necessary parts
  • Performs body repairs including removing damaged parts and replacing with fixed or new parts
  • Documents repairs performed
  • Performs body repairs efficiently and according to dealership and insurance company guidelines


  • 2 years of body shop experience required
  • Ford certification is a plus
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
  • Ability to pass all pre-employment testing including background check and drug test

Pay: $16 - $22 per hour based on experience
