Payroll Administrator

Arrow Ford is looking for a Payroll Administrator to join our business office team. The position is responsible for the accurate processing of all employee compensation plans and benefits management. Payroll experience is strongly preferred but training is available for the right candidate. The Payroll Administrator position is located in our main office and is Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.


  • Compile and process payroll data and update payroll records
  • Compute wages and deductions and review for accuracy
  • Prepare and issue payroll checks
  • Compile and process W2s annually
  • Process 941 tax liabilities, and payroll deductions
  • Prepare quarterly and annual payroll reports
  • Compile and process weekly, monthly, and quarterly tax reports
  • Maintain all healthcare insurances and pay insurance bills
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits, payroll, policies, and procedures
  • Perform all administrative duties of the company’s 401k plan
  • Complete all personnel transactions such as new hires, promotions, transfers, and terminations
  • Maintain employee files and records
  • Reconcile all payroll accounts
  • Other duties as assigned


  • 2+ years of payroll management experience
  • Bachelor degree, PHR or CPP
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Bilingual a plus, but not required
  • Experience using Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors and employees while handling multiple tasks simultaneously
Pay: $42,000 - 50,000 annually, depending on experience
