Front Desk Position

Front office assistant for busy commercial real estate office.  Job duties include answering phones, taking messages, filing and general office duties, keeping track of maintenance work orders, and processing lease files.  Fluent use of Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, and Excel, a plus.  Qualified candidate must be a team player and a self starter.  Must be well organized to be able to stay on task and work with multiple interruptions.
