We are a fast-growing, high-volume tax preparation and accounting services firm seeking an experienced Branch Manager / Office Manager to lead our location. You do not need a background in tax or accounting — but you must bring strong leadership skills, operations management expertise, and a passion for customer service

Key Responsibilities

? Lead day-to-day branch operations to ensure productivity and efficiency

? Supervise, coach, and motivate team members to meet goals

? Oversee staff scheduling, task delegation, and performance reviews

? Resolve employee and client conflicts in a professional manner

? Oversee client onboarding, sales of services, and upselling opportunities

? Monitor workflow and deadlines to maintain high-quality service

? Implement process improvements for greater efficiency

? Be a hands-on leader — assist with daily tasks when needed

Qualifications & Skills

? Preferred: Office Management or Branch Manager experience. Experiences in leading teams, managing staff, and overseeing branch operations

? Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

? Ability to multi-task

? Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

? Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

? Client Relationship skills: Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, excellent customer service skills

? Proficiency with computers and office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
