In this position, you will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our company.

1. Compiles and sorts documents, such as invoices, checks and contracts, substantiating
2. Verifies and posts details of business transactions, such as funds received and disbursed,
and totals accounts to ledgers and databases.
3. Prepares vouchers, invoices, checks, account statements, reports and other records and
reviews them for accuracy.
4. Reconciles bank statements and recommends resolution for discrepancies and problems.
5. Monitors accounts payable/receivable to ensure that payments are up to date.
6. Assists with EOY closing procedures and reporting.
• Previous experience and/or education in accounting, finance, or other related fields
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a part-time position, which will require between 15-25 hours per week, to be worked within our
standard office hours. Our standard office hours of work and days are generally Monday through
Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Education and Experience
• High School Diploma or GED – Required
• Some college or specific coursework tied to general principles of accounting. – Preferred

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office
equipment. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an
