“Health 101: A Foundation Built on Literacy” is the theme for the Hendrick Health Wellness Fair. At the free community event, explore 40 booths for valuable information and resources for supporting physical and mental health through all stages of life. Attendees can: • Connect with staff • Learn how to monitor vital signs • Register for prizes Plus! Health education sessions on: • Heart attack and stroke • Diabetes • Nutrition • Cancer prevention • Behavioral health The Hendrick Regional Blood Center bloodmobile also will be outside for a blood drive.
